Your card will be charged 1/2 the appointment value if you should reschedule same day, or within the 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Your card will be charged the full amount of your appointment value if you should no show your appointment all together.

We do give you a 24hour reminder call to help remind you of your appointment to give you a chance to reschedule. We do understand there are emergencies and take that into consideration.

We take credit card information, because this salon is very busy and sometimes we have a hard time scheduling people for the days they would like, and if we have a "no show" then that person does't work for those hours. Please understand this is for there protection and we would never charge your credit card unnecessarily.
